Daley & Daley is a company that has been established with a strong purpose. The frustration with the one-sided property buying process in the UK had been brewing for a while. The founders, having observed the way property transactions are conducted in other countries, realised that there was quite a disparity in the UK. In particular, it appeared to them that there was a significant difference between the level of service offered to buyers and vendors.
After much thought, the Daley & Daley founders came to the conclusion that being a buyer in a property transaction shouldn’t put you at the mercy of the vendor. They knew that in reality, a sale couldn’t proceed without the funds of the buyer, so why should the buyer be disadvantaged in the entire process? With this in mind, their mission is simple – to bring equity to the service provided to buyers, ensuring that they receive fair representation and professional advice throughout the journey.
